At Wajeehas, we take pride in the quality of our drapes. Our policy is designed to be fair for both our ready-to-ship and custom collections:

Customized Curtains: Because these are tailored specifically to your unique measurements and preferences, customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: We strive for perfection, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product (whether custom or ready-made), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange an exchange or a refund.

Process: To initiate a request, please reach out to our team via WhatsApp at 0315-8202209 with your order number and photos/videos of the product.
Note: Shipping costs for returns/exchanges on ready-to-ship items (where there is no defect) are to be borne by the customer.
